A graduate Mechanical Technologist with five decades of industrial facility design engineering, his roles include Board member, Secretary of the Board, and Technical Advisor in matters of design, manufacturing, and supply chains associated with the technology. Like Ms. Crocker, Mr. Harper has overcome a persistent recurrence of basal cell carcinoma.
